The Howell County Health Department reports an additional 20 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the year-to-date total number of cases to 3,395. Of the new cases: 10 reside in West Plains, three live in Willow Springs, five live in Mountain View, one lives in Pomona and one lives in Peace Valley. There have been 18,195 tests administered in Howell County.
