Bam Margera pleaded not guilty in his DUI case.
The former reality star, 38, had a court date on Wednesday for the charges stemming from his January arrest and The Blast was the first to report the plea.
“He didn’t have to appear,” his father, Phil Margera, told Page Six on Wednesday. “Just his attorney appeared and it should have went fine. I’m not really sure what it was for, but his attorney was going to ask for more time to get documentation from Bam that he needed.”
He is due back in court on March 12 for a pretrial hearing, per a Los Angeles County court docket.
His “Jackass” co-star Wee Man previously told us that he was “super pissed” about Margera’s DUI, but the two were spotted skating together in Los Angeles. Margera was in California for a rehab program, but he has reportedly checked out of the facility.
