What is the best type of fish I should be eating?

I have heard the recommendation that we eat two to three portions of oily fish per week.

However, I have also read recently that canned tuna does not count, as the canning process removes the oils that have nutritional benefits. Please can you tell me whether this is true or not?

If this is the case, what fish should I be eating instead of tuna for the best benefits and how often? Thanks.
