A car, motorbike and furniture were destroyed when a shipping container was set on fire at Rocherlea overnight.

Emergency services were called to the blaze at a transport yard in Archer Street just before 6pm Monday.
The fire destroyed the container and the two vehicles inside as well as other household items.
The estimated value of the container and its contents was $8000.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Fire investigators were at the scene and found the blaze to have been deliberately lit, handing the investigation over to Tasmania Police.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
