Tituss Burgess had a few “arrangements” done during quarantine to help him slim down, he revealed on the Emmys 2020 pre-show on E! on Sunday.
The “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” star confessed he went under the knife to achieve his new look, adding that he has “nothing to hide.”
“The one thing I wanted to do during this time off was have some nip tucks because my weight has gone up and down,” Burgess, 41, told E!. “After that happens the skin gets a little saggy or whatever, so I got that s—t cut off, and this is the result.”
The Broadway star joked that he is “still working” on getting abs, but thinks he looks “amazing” with his fitter bod.
For the mid-pandemic award show, several celebrities have opted for much more casual attire than they would normally wear on an Emmys red carpet.
Burgess shared on Instagram that his red track jacket and shorts are from the Lee Rickie Collection. He paired the look with matching red sneakers by Giuseppe Zanotti.
“Oh she lookin fit and right honey!!!” one person commented in the post. Another added, “Quarantine has done your body gooooddddt.”
