Looking for an Easter sweet treat? Try these Memphis shops

Jennifer Chandler
Memphis Commercial Appeal

Easter Sunday will be different this year, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t treat your loved ones to a sweet Easter treat.

Here are five Memphis businesses making treats for your Easter baskets and holiday tables.

Advance orders are recommended to ensure you get your favorite treat. All five stores have online shops you can browse because you cannot go in the store to shop in person.

Dinstuhl's Fine Candies shelves are filled with several sizes of hand-molded chocolate bunnies and other sweet treats in Memphis, Tenn., on Friday, April 3, 2020. Dinstuhi's offers curbside pickup and delivery in response to COVID-19.

Dinstuhl’s

For 118 years, Dinstuhl’s has been making chocolate and candy treats for Easter baskets across Memphis. Each year, Dinstuhl’s offers several sizes of hand-molded chocolate bunnies. And don’t forget: Bunnies can be monogrammed with 24-hour notice.

Cream eggs in flavors like lemon, coconut and peanut butter, Easter fudge suckers and coconut nests are just a few of the delicious treats for an Easter basket or Easter brunch place setting. Dinstuhl’s will also be making a small batch of its famous chocolate-covered strawberries for the holiday.

All five locations will be open 10 a.m-5 p.m. until April 11. Call your closest store to place your order; curbside pickup and delivery available.
