These area events have been canceled or postponed because of concerns about the coronavirus:

• March 14 and 15 Maple Sugar Makers Open House at Blackstone River and Canal Heritage State Park in Uxbridge

• NorthEast Comic Con & Collectible Extravaganza scheduled for March 13-15 at the Boxboro Regency.

• Thimble Pleasures Quilt Guild show scheduled for March 14-15 at Blackstone Valley Tech High School.

• Worcester County St. Patrick's Parade scheduled for March 15 in Worcester

• Cirque D’Or March 15 at Hanover Theatre

• Insomnium, Omnium, Gatherum and Seven Spires March 15 at The Palladium. No new date given.

• Assabet Valley Mastersingers March 15 concert "Bridges to Unity - We Are Not Alone."

• Milad Yousufi concert March 15 at Temple Emanuel Sinai will be live-streamed

• Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston will be closed March 16 to April 3

• NatGeo’s Nizar Ibrahim March 16 at Hanover Theatre.

• Maker to Main Market ribbon cutting scheduled for March 17.

• Worcester Historical Museum has suspended all public programs through April 3. The museum will remain open.

• The Museum of Russian Icons in Clinton is suspending all March programs. The museum will remain open.

• Psaltikon — The Song of Chant, presented by the Hellenic Arts Society of Worcester, March 19 at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Worcester.

• Shrewsbury St. Neighborhood Association March 19 meeting.

• Cinema-Worcester screenings, "Queen & Slim" March 20 and "Corpus Christi" March 27, at the Park View Room in Worcester.

• The Regatta Players production of "Over the River and Through The Woods," scheduled to run March 20 to 29 at the Flanagan Theater at Southgate at Shrewsbury. Group is hoping to reschedule to late May/early June.

• Paradise City Arts Festival in Marlboro set for March 20-22 has been rescheduled to June 12-14

• ACE Comic Con Northeast scheduled for March 20, 21 and 22 at Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

• “10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s” presentation by the Alzheimer’s Association March 19 at Heywood Wakefield Commons.

• Pianist Ilya Yakusjev March 21 in Tuckerman Hall will be rescheduled

• 12-hour "Bach-A-Thon" benefit scheduled for March 21 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Worcester.

• Red Cross Heroes Breakfasts March 24 at Beechwood Hotel, Worcester.

• Spaghetti Suppers planned by the Men's Fellowship of the First Church in Marlboro (Congregational), beginning March 25, are canceled until further notice.

•Worcester Chorus (Brahms' German Requiem) March 27 in Mechanics Hall will be rescheduled.

• Catholic Men's Conference March 28 at Assumption College is canceled

• Spring Rummage Sale, scheduled for April 3 and 4 at First Church in Marlboro (Congregational).

• Pianist Jeremy Denk April 5 in Mechanics Hall will be rescheduled.

• Westboro's Earth Day Litter Cleanup is still on for April 12-18, with online signup required by April 11 via westboroughlandtrust.org, but the picnic lunch scheduled for April 18 is canceled and no gatherings will take place at Bay State Commons.
