LOCATION is Awesome.. "The SPUR" between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge!

Very PRIVATE 1BD/1B great Family/Couples cabin with views from top of the mountain. Super easy drive to cabin with only two "twistee" turns up the mountain. Located only 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg or 3 1/2 miles to Pigeon Forge, yet very private.

Fully equipped kitchen for 4 adults and a sm child of younger guest, roomy dining area with log table & chairs for 4, coat closet with full size washer and dryer. Large living room with comfortable seating for 5, very comfy new leather couch and recliner chair. Stacked stone see through gas fireplace with brand new 40" flat screen TV, DVR and DVD player over mantle. On suite master bedroom with king size log canopy bed, stacked stone fireplace, jacuzzi tub for those romantic nights, closet and chest for storage. Bath has ample storage for your bath items, & an oversize tile shower with 2 heads...feels like a spa. Down stairs is location of game room with brand new queen size sleeper sofa with six inch memory foam mattress and two new Simmons Memory foam twin size cots. There is a standard size pool table, and TV.

There are two very large and fully covered decks, upper deck has rocking chairs, swing, and HOT TUB, fully private and with great views. Lower deck is off the game room and also seating for relaxing and enjoying that awesome mountain view. The driveway is flat and open with parking for two vehicles, plenty room for motorcycle trailer.

Lovers Lookout will accommodate 4 adults comfortably and a sm child. Prices are based on two adult guest. A charge of $10 is per night per person will be charged over 1st two. We require number of guest, our rental requires it. We supply all linens, a STARTER of paper and soap products will be furnished. As a rule during our years of traveling my husband and I always take our own pillows, bath soaps. My husband is the avid coffee drinker so we always take our own coffee as well, therefore we supply coffee filters. No form of food is in cabin, although some guests will leave behind salt and pepper. We furnish coffee filters and aluminum foil for the outdoor we didn’t see many of these babe, over the years grill, that should be stored in the closet in dining area.

Area activities are only 10 minutes or less from the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Dollywood's Splash Country, Dixie Stampede, Titanic Exhibit, Theaters, Shopping outlets, Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Community, Zip line, and don't forget to visit Ober Gatlinburg it's open all year for ice skating, skiing during winter and so much more.

Again, as new owners we value your opinions, getting feedback is very important to us, after all our goal is to make your stay as much like that, "at home feeling" as possible. Our goal list for updating and making your stay better is quite long, but in time, we know that you'll just love our little family love nest. A list of things we're planning will be to have a small porch built over the front door, new flooring in the kitchen and living room, new appliances and counter tops...and, another bath downstairs!!

You will have a door code to enter the cabin, given to you before vacay. The only time that code may not work is if you arrive before the normal check-in time of 4 pm. You will be allowed to enter if your code works, that would mean the cabin has been totally cleaned and is ready for occupancy. There will be a letter on the frig. giving you a number to call should you have a problem or use any of the numbers supplied in our info letter sent a week before your vacay. We are hear to make your vacay a memorable one and what you to enjoy and have a safe and relaxing time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Emily N (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
