Target To Pay Nearly $500K In Fines For Blocked Exit Citations

Target has agreed to pay $464,750 in fines and correct exit and storage access issues discovered at stores in four states, including the Danvers and Framingham locations, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
Some Salem students can head back to the classroom for the first time in nearly eight months as of Nov. 16 after the Salem School Committee approved a revised return-to-school plan.
Under the plan approved Tuesday night, students in grades pre-kindergarten through second grade can return to school five days per week, with students in sixth grade and ninth grade given the option of returning two days per week in a hybrid model.

Nearly 100 Fish Destroyed After Illegal Catch At Coes Reservoir
Environmental police had to destroy nearly 100 fish that were caught illegally at Coes Reservoir in Worcester, officers are reporting. According to environmental police, several people were using nets to catch fish at the reservoir. They were stopped as they were leaving, and officers found them with 54 white perch, 52 bluegill, two calico bass and two carp.
After countless birthday parties, pizza parties and neon nights, the Skylite Roller Skating Center in Worcester is closing. The owners of the venerable roller-skating rink along Park Avenue announced the closure Monday night in a Facebook post and on the company website.
Skylite's closing leaves few options for the retro pastime. The closest indoor skating venue to Worcester is Roller Kingdom in Hudson.
