Kearny Bank ups Ross to senior vice president, treasury management leader

Fairfield-based Kearny Bank said Thursday that Veronica Ross was elevated to the post of senior vice president and treasury management leader.

In her current role at the Fairfield corporate office, Ross works closely with all business lines to strategically select, roll out, and manage new products and services, while enhancing the existing suite of business banking products.

With more than three decades of experience in the financial industry, Ross joined Kearny Bank in 2016 at the vice president level. She previously worked in executive and management positions both for PNC Bank and Wells Fargo.

Recently, she and her growing Treasury Management team made the Z-Suite digital property management solution available for streamlining collection of rent payments and security deposits. Kearny Bank is one of only two New Jersey-based banks offering Z-Suite. Ross also managed the implementation of Positive Pay, to help protect clients from checking and fund transfer fraud.

Ross, a resident of Westwood, is currently second chair on the board of Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey. She also chairs that organization’s audit and finance committees.
