Similarly, due to this period, the price of diesel has increased from Rs 27.58 per litre to Rs 89.87 per litre in the national capital from Rs 62.29 per litre.

Petrol prices have crossed Rs 100 in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. 100 per litre in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru in metropolitan cities.
