gunfire exchange in Stuart - Randall Comly remains behind bars. And now we've learned there will be NO criminal charges for the law enforcment officers involved. In a new 4 page report - The Adair County Attorney says deputies Kent Gries, Steven Henry and Stuart Police Officer Tyler Defrancisco were "legally justified in firing their weapons at Randall Comly." <I WOULD SAY THE EXCHANGE OF GUNFIRE WAS PROBABLY LESS THAN 12 SECONDS.> KCCI broke the story when DCI officials wrapped up their investigation and charged Comly with attempted murder for firing at Gries and DeFrancisco when they tried to arrest him. This new report reveals - Comly fried a .22 caliber handgun multiple times striking areas of the walls near their heads. <THIS SITUATION COULD HAVE TURNED DEADLY IN A HURRY.> Gries and Francisco each fired 16 rounds back.
