CONCORD, NH — This week's U.S. Marshal's-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week for New Hampshire was quickly arrested Wednesday.

Marissa Anne Rondeau, 25, was wanted, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, "for narcotics, assault with a deadly weapon (vehicle), and falsifying evidence."

Investigators developed information that she might be in Danbury at the home of a family member.

Along with deputy marshals, the Belknap, Rockingham and Strafford County Sheriff's Offices, and the Greenfield, Alexandria and Danbury police departments also assisted with the case.

According to superior court documents, Rondeau has a number of active drug cases in New Hampshire.

They include two felony counts of drug possession out of Laconia from August 2019; felony drug counts out of Lebanon from August 2019; a felony drug possession charge out of Lebanon from November 2019; a felony deadly weapon, contraband, etc. charge out of Haverhill from November 2019; reckless conduct-deadly weapon, reckless operation, driving after revocation or suspension, and felony receiving stolen property charges after an incident in Meredith in December 2019; controlled drug: acts prohibited, drug possession, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies, out of Lebanon from March; and a felony drug possession charge out of Lebanon from July.

Her exact charges in Vermont were unknown at post time although marshals noted in the initial alert that she had priors in that state.
