“Kelly and Maurice are the best! This was Zuri’s first boarding experience and I believe it was awesome! There were other dogs for her to socialize and play with. I received photos and videos while I was able to attend my son’s graduation and go on a short trip out of town. Zuri was well cared for. I can tell that the hosts really love dogs. They treated her so well I was concerned she wouldn’t want to come back with me. So MAX stars from me!”

“Sheena and Brian are very friendly and take great care of all the pets they watch. They send pictures often and it looks like the whole family enjoys the time with the pets. They were able to roll with some unexpected behavior from my dog and dealt with it professionally and kindly. I definitely recommend them!”

“Dorothy and Robert are absolutely awesome! It is our first time having someone else take care of our dog Mayo (other than the vet) overnight, so we were worried about what will happen during his stay. Mayo is not the social type with other people (would not really allow others to pet him). Starting from the booking experience, Dorothy has provided excellent service by accommodating our last minute booking request (had to drop off Mayo in the evening when we just booked in the morning) and her response was always quick! When we dropped off Mayo, our dog was not very friendly at first (as we expected) to his new petsitters, but Dorothy and Robert are very experienced and knows very well how to handle the situation. Since this is our first time, Dorothy informed us on what to expect with Mayo’s behavior which made us less anxious. She also asked us questions on his eating and other habits that she needs to take note of. On top of that, it is great that Dorothy and Robert have two very friendly dogs who gave Mayo a warm welcome, greeting him and giving him space until he feels comfortable. As soon as we left, Dorothy kept us informed of Mayo’s progress with photos and videos, from his “finding the parents mode”, warming up after a run in their large fenced backyard (major plus!!), sleeping on his bed, and then waking up to be the happy and clingy (now to his petsitters!) self! All of these made us totally comfortable and extremely happy with the experience! I’m sure Dorothy and Robert showered Mayo with lots of love (and even gave him treats!) for Mayo to warm up to them the way he did. I can say we had a 5-star experience and will absolutely book with them again next time we need someone else to take care of our Mayo!”

She sent periodic pictures throughout his stay and constantly reassured me with updates. She is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and how to provide expert care to them! “Cassie was absolutely amazing in welcoming and taking care of our little Smiley. She was detailed, informative, caring and understanding as we discussed her possibly sitting him. He’s never been away from home so we were not sure how it would go. She provided daily videos and photos along with updates. “We had to go overseas for 2 weeks and we boarded our cat with Linda. She was very accommodating and had a spare room for our cat so that he would feel safe. Linda's communication was beyond expectations. She kept us up-to-date with how our cat is doing and she also sent pictures and videos. If you need a sitter or boarding, I would definitely recommend Linda and we would definitely board our cat with her again in the future.”
