From SVRUSD: The winners of the 2019 San Ramon Valley Student Recognition Project were announced at an Open House on March 11, 2019. This year, over 600 students entered 23 categories ranging from the performing arts to science from all four of the District’s comprehensive high schools as well as from Venture Independent Study School and Del Amigo High School.

Each of these projects was judged by professionals who are experts in their fields. Some of the categories had over one hundred entries. A full list of this year’s winners can be found on the Student Recognition webpage.

“The Student Recognition Project is special to me because it provides an opportunity for students to pursue a personal interest or to extend what they may be learning in a class, to receive feedback on it, and potentially receive recognition. It is a pleasure to get to see and enjoy the products of their efforts at this Open House,” SRVUSD Board President Rachel Hurd said.
