Ballroom dance slated for Thursday

Clare Domer's ballroom dance is from 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday at Morris Frock American Legion Post 42, 405 Northern Ave. in Hagerstown. The cost is $5 per person.

Jesse Bell & Friends at Cider Press

Jesse Bell & Friends will perform classic country and gospel medleys from 5:45 to 9 p.m. Saturday at The Old Cider Press, 47 Crystal Falls Drive in Smithsburg. Come sing, play, or just listen. The cost is $4. Coffee, tea and snacks are available.

'Glass Castle' being shown

"The Glass Castle" (2017) will be shown at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, in the community room at the Smithsburg Library, 66 W. Water St. The PG-13 movie is being shown for free. Refreshments will be served.
