Attorneys at Hinshaw & Culbertson on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s London and other defendants to California Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by Perkins Coie and Pillsbury & Coleman on behalf of Calistoga Ranch Club. The court action arises over the defendants’ alleged failure to pay for environmental cleanup following the Glass Line Fire of Sept. 2020. The case is 3:22-cv-03188, Calistoga Ranch Owner LLC et al v. Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London et al.
