Authorities arrested a suspect on Oct. 13, and OSBI officials said Friday that the U.S. Marshals arrested a 35-year-old man on Wednesday near Yukon.

Authorities arrested another suspect in connection with a deadly Logan County home invasion that happened in early October.>> Related: Alleged burglar shot, killed by Logan County homeowner during home invasion, authorities sayAt 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 1, a homeowner living near Guthrie called Logan County dispatch to report that he had shot someone who broke into his home. According to an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation news release, the homeowner heard multiple people breaking into his home, got his gun and fired in the intruders' direction.The homeowner called 911, and Logan County deputies responded to the scene. Deputies found a 44-year-old inside the home with gunshot wounds. At 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 1, a homeowner living near Guthrie called Logan County dispatch to report that he had shot someone who broke into his home. According to an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation news release, the homeowner heard multiple people breaking into his home, got his gun and fired in the intruders' direction.

The homeowner called 911, and Logan County deputies responded to the scene. Deputies found a 44-year-old inside the home with gunshot wounds. The accused intruder died at the scene.
