Authorities arrested another suspect in connection with a deadly Logan County home invasion that happened in early October.
At 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 1, a homeowner living near Guthrie called Logan County dispatch to report that he had shot someone who broke into his home. According to an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation news release, the homeowner heard multiple people breaking into his home, got his gun and fired in the intruders' direction.
The homeowner called 911, and Logan County deputies responded to the scene. Deputies found a 44-year-old inside the home with gunshot wounds. The accused intruder died at the scene.

Authorities arrested a suspect on Oct. 13, and OSBI officials said Friday that the U.S. Marshals arrested a 35-year-old man on Wednesday near Yukon. They were arrested on complaints of first-degree murder, first-degree burglary and second-degree burglary.
KOCO 5 has chosen not to release the suspects' names at this time because formal charges have not been filed.
