Man Left Gun On Baby Changing Table In Store Bathroom: Report

According to police, the man was a valid conceal carry holder. Police lectured the man on the proper handling of his firearm.

OAK CREEK, WI β€” Police in Oak Creek say a grocery store employee called police after noticing that a citizen left their handgun on the bathroom baby changing table at the local Pick 'n Save.

According to Oak Creek police call logs, a Pick 'n Save employee called police just after 10 a.m. on Nov. 2 after a handgun was found on the changing table of the men's bathroom earlier that morning.

Police responded to the Pick 'n Save and reviewed surveillance footage. Police contacted the gun's owner, who explained that he accidentally left the gun in the bathroom. Police noted that no children entered the bathroom between the time the man left the gun in the bathroom and when the store employee found it.
