Eighteen people in one family reportedly contracted COVID-19 after a holiday party they all attended in Pennsylvania.

ABC7NY.com reported the hostess had a scratchy throat the day after Christmas and a day before she was hosting her family at her Milmont Park, Pa., home.

Darlene Reynolds told the station she had “a tiny little cough” but no fever.

After the party, family members began to get sick. One by one family members tested positive with Reynolds’ son and husband being hospitalized.

She told the news station, “So we were sick, but we didn’t know we had COVID. We could’ve had the flu, but it was scary. We got tested, and we tested positive. And then my husband tested positive the next day. And then (my daughter) was getting sick and she tested positive and my son tested positive.”
