GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (WOOD) — An unusual sight on a West Michigan highway this weekend is spreading like fire on Facebook.

Jeremy Roomsburg was westbound on Interstate-96 in Walker Saturday when he passed a dead deer that appeared to be driving an all-terrain vehicle. A longer look at the video he posted on Facebook shows the ATV is on a trailer being towed by a pickup truck.

Hunter Mike Huntoon dubbed the deer “Uncle Buck.” He tells 24 Hour News 8 he shot the buck in Skanee, located in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and dressed it up for the roughly 10-hour ride home to Grand Haven.

Huntoon strapped a Pabst Blue Ribbon beer can to the deer’s hoof and placed a carrot in it’s mouth, like a cigar.

Roomsburg’s video has been viewed 5.9 million times and shared more than 159,000 times on Facebook.
