EAST GREENWICH, RI — A Brooklyn man was charged with receiving stolen goods following a State Police traffic stop on Route 95 in West Greenwich early Sunday morning. James Pollard, 35, was charged with receiving stolen goods in excess of $1,500 when he was pulled over about 1:45 a.m.

Pollard was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and was held overnight pending arraignment at Third Division District Court.
