If you were hoping to score tickets to the Morgan Wallen concert scheduled for Oct. 13 in Columbus, they sold out "instantly," according a Flannagan's Dublin Instagram post.

On the bar's Instagram account, it posted a comment amid disappointment from Wallen fans who wanted tickets. Flannagan's said it knew the show would sell out instantly and, with a venue capacity of only 4,000, it did.

Concert review: Willie Nelson's performance at the Ohio State Fair was simply 'fabulous'

"As a way to thank our patrons who supported us through the pandemic, a limited number of pre-sale tickets were available before tickets went on sale to the general public,' the bar said in a statement. "However when tickets went on sale at 10 a.m., to the general public, there were tens of thousands of people in queue to buy tickets. With our venue size of 4,000 people, tickets sold out in seconds."

The Tennessee native will play at Flannagan's Dublin, 6835 Caine Road, on Oct. 13.

Wallen has been in the news plenty in the past year. In February 2021, a video surfaced from TMZ of him yelling profanities, including the N-word, outside of his Nashville, Tennessee, home. Since then, he has won album of the year at the Academy of Country Music awards, one year after he was banned from the ACM ballot because of the racial slur he used.
