‘Bagel Boss Guy’ Chris Morgan blames rage on being molested as a kid

The “Bagel Boss Guy” has revealed that he was molested growing up on Long Island — blaming the abuse for the anger issues that gained him viral fame.

Chris Morgan, 45, opened up about his traumatic incident in a podcast set to air on Sunday — while also saying it contributed to his unhealthy relationships with women, as well as the $30-a-day pot habit he calls his “therapy.”

“I was molested when I was 12 by a neighbor,” Morgan blurted out on AftershockXL for The Battlechats Network, clearly catching hosts Steve Grillo and Jesse Nash by surprise with his dark confession.

Calling his abuser a “f–king weirdo,” Morgan — who gained fame in July for going on a misogynistic rant before getting tackled in a Long Island Bagel Boss — said a Massapequa neighbor he grew up with who was about 16 at the time committed the abuse.

Morgan said he  kept the violation a secret for many years, not even telling his parents.

“I buried it. I just kind of forgot about it and one day it just hit me like a ton of bricks,” he said on  the podcast, which was shared with The Post on Monday.

He finally called his abuser several years later and “flipped my s—t on him,” he said.

Morgan hasn’t since spoken to the man, who by then had left New York.

“I’m over it,” he insisted, before admitting, “Even if you’ve buried it, it’s there.”

He also said it was “absolutely” to blame for many of his problems — including his anger and issues with women that sparked the Bagel Boss beat-down where he ranted wildly about women refusing to date him.

“The culprit — the beginning of it all, without a doubt,” he said of the molestation.

He did not hold back when asked for a message to his abuser. “I would say, How do you live with yourself — I think you’re disgusting. Just come out and cleanly admit it. I just think you’re a disgusting piece of s—t.”

As for therapy, Morgan — who was busted for pot possession on Sept. 30 — said, “My marijuana pipe is my therapy.”

He admitted smoking up to $30 worth of weed a day, saying, “I smoke all day long, every f–king day. When am I not stoned? Every time I went to court on a marijuana charge, I was stoned then too.”

Morgan, who now has his own Battlechats podcast, told The Post on Monday that he was thrilled that his childhood trauma was “not going to be kept in the dark no more.”

“I want this out in the spotlight. Maybe even the haters will have some sympathy now,” he said.

The accused molester, who is not being named by The Post, did not return calls for comment Monday.
