A woman pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital after she was found lying on the roadway with severe head trauma at Pennsylvania Avenue and Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn on Saturday November 30, 2019. 
A woman was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver in Brooklyn early Saturday, police said.
The victim, believed to be in her 40s, was hit at the intersection of Atlantic Ave. and Pennsylvania Ave. in East New York about 4:30 a.m., cops said.
Medics rushed her to Brookdale Hospital, but she could not be saved. The woman had no identification on her, police said.
The driver sped off in a dark-colored vehicle and is still being sought.
