“I literally can say Nashville is the best place because I’ve been everywhere, and there’s magic in this town,” Donahue said. “I knew it the second I got here.”

Donahue’s curiosity and adventurous spirit has made her an expert in the area’s neighborhood, dining, education, music, sports, and outdoor scenes. She aspires to not only help clients fall in love with their new home, but also make them feel at home in their new city.

“Any sort of anything that has to do with real estate, I’m here,” Donahue said. “But also, you want to call me and say, ‘Who does your hair?’ I’m happy to share all of my information.”

Before beginning her real estate career, Donahue launched an eco-friendly cleaning business called Bella Green, which uses organic products to make spaces spotless—whether it be commercial or residential property. Today, Bella Green is just one of the many perks her real estate clients enjoy.

When listing houses, Donahue is able to relieve some stress from sellers by having Bella Green deep clean the house before it is listed and after it closes. Also, the homes of buyers who work with Donahue are given a deep clean to ensure the new owner moves into a gleaming new home.

“Also with buyers in multiple offer situations, I am able to sweeten the deal by offering my cleaning service to the seller,” Donahue said. “My most recent closing was a multiple offer situation ... In our offer to purchase, I included to have my cleaning company clean the sellers home once a month until they moved out as well as deep clean it after they moved.”

Donahue values client relationships and shows her dedication through direct communication, consistent availability and unwavering support when questions arise. Her motto, “From contract to close and beyond,” represents the culture of long standing rapport she cultivates.

“With my clients, they usually end up coming over for Thanksgiving,” Donahue said. “I have lunch with them, dinner with them. I always keep in touch ... I try to be their friend and let them know I’m there for them in and outside of real estate.”
