Former Brookings Expert, Assistant Professor, Centers for American Indian and Alaska Native Health – Colorado School of Public Health, Adjunct Assistant Professor, Center for American Indian Health – Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health

Jerreed Ivanich was a Nonresident Senior Fellow in Governance Studies at The Brookings Institution. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Colorado School of Public Health, Centers for American Indian and Alaska Native Health and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Center for American Indian Health.

 

As a member of the Metlakatla Indian Community (Tsimshian) of Alaska, Dr. Ivanich is dedicated to health research for North American Indigenous (Alaska Native, American Indian, First Nations, Native Hawaiian) populations. His work meets at the intersections of prevention science, social network analysis, and adolescent health.
