During a recent interview, Janhvi who often gets papped outside the gym was asked about her workout routine and the secret behind her awesome fitness.
The actress revealed that she does a lot of yoga, pilates, and loves taking the antigravity challenges. For her, it’s the most fun part of the day and she eagerly waits for her workout sessions each day.
Further, speaking about her diet and food habit Janhvi shared that for the last two months she is on a strict diet to prep up for her role in the upcoming film ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’. The ‘Dhadak’ actor will be seen playing a cricketer in the film. But before that, she didn’t follow a strict diet and used to eat everything.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Janhvi Kapoor made her film debut with the 2018 film ‘Dhadak’. Since then she has done films like ‘Gunjan Saxena’, ‘Ghost Stories’, ‘Roohi’, and now, her latest release ‘Good Luck Jerry’ which released on an OTT platform on July 29. The film is a Hindi remake of the 2018 Nayanthara-starrer, ‘Kolamaavu Kokila’. Apart from this, Janhvi is also part of ‘Mili’ with Sunny Kaushal, a remake of Helen and ‘Bawaal’ with Varun Dhawan.
