Britt Pavelonis of Harrisburg, Illinois, won the Colorado Senior Open and $8,500 in prize money after going wire-to-wire in the three-day tournament. His finish also gets him into the field of the CoBank Colorado Open next year.
Pavelonis had three solid rounds and finished, including a 3-under-par 69 in the final round to cap off his victory at Green Valley Ranch Golf Club.
Paul Erdman, an amateur from Erie, finished in a tie for fifth place as the top Colorado finisher.
