UPDATE: One person dead in Teays Valley crash

PUTNAM COUNTY, WV (WCHS/WVAH) — UPDATE 11/4/19:

I-64 West reopened in the Teays Valley area around 2 a.m., according to 911 dispatchers.

Three vehicles collided, killing one person just before 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

Putnam County deputies tell Eyewitness News one person has died after an accident on I-64 in the Teays Valley area.

The Westbound lanes of I-64 are shut down.

First responders are on the scene of the accident.
