Debbie Keedy
Deborah “Debbie” Keedy, 61, of Graysville, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at Bledsoe Erlanger Hospital.
She was born on Oct. 17, 1960, in Chattanooga, the daughter of the late William Cunningham and Wagie (Masterson) McEwen. She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Kenneth McEwen, and her brother, Buster Ricketts.
Debbie was a homemaker and mother of two. She loved everything Christmas. Her hobbies were collecting and dealing antiques.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Timothy Ray “Teddy” Keedy; her two daughters, Melissa (Dan Oliver) Miller of Athens and Breanna (Barron) Hodges of Bakewell; her sisters, Helen Thurmond of Lookout Valley, Brenda (Grady) Mathis of Harrison, Glenda Hawkins of Soddy Daisy, Gaye (Michael) Shankles of Fort Payne, Al., and Joy Belle Thurman of Brayton Community; her brothers, Billy Cunningham of Dunlap and Bill (Darline) Keedy of Middle Valley; her grandchildren, Isabelle and Gabriel Hodges; and numerous nephews and nieces.
Funeral services for Debbie will be held on Friday, April 29, at noon in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Steve James officiating. She will be laid to rest at Brayton Cemetery on Graysville Mountain.
