RAY: THE MANCHESTER SCHOOL BOARD WAS GRANTED A WAIVER, SO THEY HAVE UNTIL MAY 3 BEFORE THEY HAVE TO BRING ALL THEIR STUDENTS BACK FULL-TIME. AT LEAST 19 OTHER DISTRICTS ALSO APPLIED FOR WAIVERS, MOST OF -- MANY CITING CONCERNS ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING, AND ABOUT THEIR STAFF NOT BEING FULLY VACCINATED. MANCHESTER IS HOLDING ITS FIRST VACCINATION CLINIC FOR STUDENTS AT MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL TODAY. CLINICS WILL ALSO BE HELD AT WEST HIGH SCHOOL ON WEDNESDAY AND CENTRAL ON THURSDAY. THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH ALSO PLANNING TO HOLD A CLINIC FOR STUDENTS TODAY. ONE VACCINE THEY WILL NOT BE GETTING IS JOHNSON & JOHNSON. ADMINISTRATION OF THE J & J VACCINE WAS HALTED LAST WEEK OVER CONCERNS ABOUT RARE BLOOD CLOTS, BUT DR. ANTHONY FAUCI SAYS HE WOULD BE SURPRISED IF THE VACCINE DOESN’T COME BACK INTO PLAY BY FRIDAY. Waivers granted for six school districts

Beginning Monday, all New Hampshire schools are required to offer five days of in-person learning. Several schools requested waivers to push back the start date of full-time in-person learning, and six were granted, including one for the Manchester School District, officials said.
