Predictions & Lines: Can The Flames Beat A Bad Team?

Anaheim isn’t a good place for the Flames and they can’t seem to beat bad teams.

Predictions

Mark: Calgary Flames 1 – Anaheim Ducks 3

The Flames can’t beat bad teams. The Ducks are a bad team. The game is in Anaheim. It all sets up for a tough Flames loss.

Gordie: Calgary Flames 4 – Anaheim Ducks 1

The Flames have more or less responded positively after bad games this year, and the Ducks have seemingly lost the curse.

Maddie: Calgary Flames 3 – Anaheim Ducks 2 (OT)

Ugh. This is a trap game too. I tried optimism in the face of the trap game last night and it, uh, didn’t really work out for me. But I’m going to try optimism again, but hedge it a little bit and say that, while I think they can pull off a win here, I’m not convinced that they’ll blow the doors off. Whomp whomp.

Flash: Calgary Flames 3 – Anaheim Ducks 2

Flames have got to pick it up against these California teams. Players have to got to have pride and not spend the game being content with the puck on the opponents stick. Talbot’s got a win in Anaheim too, if I recall, so I’m not worried about “the curse”
