We will see marginal shifts in Hong Kong's future as an investment destination: Strategist

Richard Harris of Port Shelter Investment Management says Hong Kong will always remain an excellent investment destination given China's huge market; however the national security law has created uncertainty and there is likely to be some small shifts out of Hong Kong in terms of business operations.
