Bahrain's Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa meets with Kuwait's Ambassador to Bahrain Sheikh Azzam Mubarak Al-Sabah
MANAMA, Oct 13 (KUNA) -- Bahrain's Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa has commended Kuwait's developmental role through supporting development programs of all Arab countries.
While receiving Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and Kuwait's Ambassador to Bahrain Sheikh Azzam Mubarak Al-Sabah, Sheikh Khaled said that Kuwait has been backing development programs, stressing that Bahraini-Kuwaiti ties are deep rooted and historic.
On his part, Ambassador Azzam stressed the importance of the developmental role of societies so as to cope with progress and meet the aims of development, lauding the depth of relations between the two countries and their peoples.
Kuwait and Bahrain have common denominators and history, he said, adding this enhances the solid relations between the two countries. (end)
