How Jennifer Aniston looks so damn good at 50 years old

All eyes were on Jennifer Aniston at the 2020 Screen Actors Guild Awards — because nothing was sagging.

After winning a SAG trophy for best actress in a TV drama series for her role in Apple TV+’s “The Morning Show,” the star — clad in a sheer ivory Dior by John Galliano dress — was snapped in a touchy-feely moment with ex-husband Brad Pitt.

Their exchange nearly broke the internet and gave commoners two burning questions to mull over: “Will they get back together?” and “How the hell is that woman 50 years old?”

Despite life’s slings and arrows — including her highly publicized divorce from Pitt in 2005 and separation from second husband Justin Theroux in 2018 — the all-American Aniston has hardly changed a bit since her breakout role in “Friends” more than 25 years ago.

So what are her secrets for looking so spectacular? The Post dug deep to find out.

Skin

As the spokeswoman for skin care and hair care line Aveeno, Aniston gushes about the company’s budget-friendly products. She tells the Los Angeles Times that she’s been using Aveeno’s Daily Moisturizing Lotion since her teens.

“I have a bottle in my car. It’s in all of my bathrooms,” she says. “Put it on right out of the shower before you get too dry.”

But the actress also has a taste for the finer things. She gets regular spa treatments by experts including LA esthetician Mila Moursi and Charlotte, NC, facialist Toska Husted, who charges $395 for a standard facial.

Not that she needs much help, Husted tells The Post. “She has genetically beautiful, strong skin, which she maintains by being very diligent and consistent with her skin-care routine.”

The expert says Aniston’s famous glow is partly from her favorite treatment: the Toska Triple Lift Signature Facial. It combines a deep cleanse, manual lifting techniques, exfoliation, serum infusions and micro-currents.

Another weapon in Aniston’s skin-care arsenal is an infrared sauna, which she was turned on to by “Friends” co-star Courteney Cox.

“It’s such a game changer in terms of your skin detoxification and cell rejuvenation,” Aniston tells Shape magazine.

To look bright-eyed and well rested, the actress tells Vogue that she relies on “eye masks and cryo sticks” — plus one free-of-charge strategy.

“Just get a bowl of ice water and splash your face 25 times,” she says. “It’s an old-school trick that Joan Crawford used to do. It just wakes your skin up.”

Hair

To maintain her sleek, golden tresses, Aniston gets her hair done every five weeks.

“I’m not gonna lie — I don’t want gray hair,” she tells InStyle.

Her go-to person in Hollywood is Michael Canalé, the same coiffeur who co-created her iconic “The Rachel” hairdo in the mid-’90s.

Canalé tells The Post that, when he’s coloring Aniston’s hair, he likes to brighten “the front hairline up to accentuate her skin tone.”

Right now, he says, her locks are paler than usual for her role on “The Morning Show” — and it suits her. “She loves being blonder.”

Canalé, who last did her hair the day before the SAG Awards, also developed a special three-minute gloss treatment for the actress that he applies after highlights and touch-ups. It’s called Cool Blue Signature Gloss, and mere mortals can purchase it online for $47.99.

Together, he says, his coloring and glossing tricks create “dimensional depth and brightness — a healthy luster, which makes the hair look youthful.”

Diet

Aniston has had no excuse not to be well-hydrated during her 12-year tenure as global brand ambassador for Smartwater. She handed over the position earlier this month to “Wonder Woman”” actress Gal Gadot, but surely the A-lister has a few spare bottles left.

As for food, the 50-year-old has turned her back on fads. She espouses an “Everything in moderation” philosophy, although you’re unlikely to see her stuffing herself with cream cakes anytime soon.

“It’s pretty clear,” Aniston tells Yahoo! Food. “Eat as much organic fruits as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water and get good sleep.”

Workouts

With her killer arms and tiny waist, Aniston has the body of a woman three decades younger. Her enviable figure is due to impeccable Greek genetics combined with a strict exercise regimen of yoga, 75-minute muscle-sculpting sessions with a personal trainer and her latest fitness obsession: boxing.

Aniston has been waxing lyrical about boxing coach Leyon Azubuike, with whom she trains at Gloveworx gyms in Los Angeles. (Gloveworx also has a branch in New York City.)

“I have this trainer named Leyon, who I believe hung the moon,” she tells InStyle. “It’s the longest workout I’ve actually stayed with consistently other than yoga. There’s something about the mental aspect of boxing — the drills, your brain has to work, you’re not just sitting on a bike. It’s amazing.”
