Clearbrook rebrands logo with focus on the future

Clearbrook has been a staple in Arlington Heights and the surrounding communities for more than 60 years, entrusted by families to care for their loved ones.

What started in 1955 as a parent's response to the unmet educational requirements of their children with special needs, Clearbrook is now a leader in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Clearbrook is one of the only organizations to deliver services for the intellectually and developmentally disabled in a multifaceted way, covering all ages, issues and levels of severity. Their commitment to community offers individuals the opportunity to form deep bonds, realize their potential and live their fullest lives.

Peers and staff support individuals and their families by providing support across the life span in the form of personalized children, community day, employment, residential and clinical services.

With more than 60 locations in 160 communities throughout the Chicago area, the nonprofit has more than 900 staff and hundreds of volunteers, sponsors, and donors.

Clearbrook's old logo, developed in 2006, did not represent all of the wonderful things Clearbrook stands for.

"We do so many great things and are home to absolutely extraordinary people, from staff to our individuals. We need a brand that can strongly reflect who we are to the public," Clearbrook's President and CEO Tony Di Vittorio said.

"Clearbrook is more than just a nonprofit, we are family, friends, a job, a way to give back, home. I'm very excited to finally show the world just how exceptional we are."

The organization's new brand focuses on the future and what Clearbrook offers. The individual figures generally represent each constituent they serve, including individuals, families, communities, staff, volunteers, donors and leadership.

The brand refresh will hopefully excite, unite and motivate the Clearbrook community; aid development in its efforts to raise funds that support programs and services; and help the nonprofit to provide the best for their individuals for many years to come.
