NOEL Clarke told one of his accusers to "get your f***y out and pee" on a pal in a cruel prank video.
At least 27 women have now come forward to accuse the star of a range of acts - including sharing sexually explicit pictures and videos without consent.
Footage has now emerged of Clarke leaving actress Jahannah James, who is one of his alleged victims named in The Guardian, in tears at a prank.
He had heard the Brotherhood actress was going to pull a hoax on him, so he drafted co-star Jason Maza into help.
After sipping a cocktail Jahannah gave him, Jason pretends to have a violent allergic reaction and falls to the ground.
Clarke then asks her if there is orange in the drink, adding: "He's allergic to orange man you know that.
"You've known us for f***ing years, you know he was."
Jahannah says she thought it was a nut allergy before crying: "He can't breathe, he can't breathe" as Clarke pretends to speak to 999.
Clarke then yells "how is that going to help" before branding the actress an "idiot" while on the fake phonecall.
After pretending to listen to instructions on the phone, he tells her: "You need to pee on him" before asking everyone in the room to turn around.
Jahannah tells him she can't - leading Clarke to snap: "Just take your f***y out and pee on him, what's wrong with you?"
As he tells her to put her leg up on the chair, Jason jumps up and reveals it was all a joke as everyone bursts out laughing.
The video was filmed in 2016 as Jahannah interviewed Clarke to promote Brotherhood.
Jahannah has since accused Clarke of secretly filming her while she did a naked audition.
The allegations, which have been fiercely denied by the married director, relate to a period between 2004 and 2019.
They have caused his glittering career to crumble around him - with two broadcasters already cancelling his shows.
Bafta also stripped his award for Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema, which he only received on April 10.
Yesterday, 20 women had come forward to make allegations but this has since risen to 27.
The Met Police said today a third party report was made on April 21 "relating to allegations of sexual offences committed by a male over a period of time".
They confirmed no investigation has been launched but say officers are "currently assessing the information".
A statement added: "We would urge anyone who believes they have been subjected to a sexual offence to report this to police so the information can be assessed and investigated accordingly.
"There are specially trained officers ready to provide advice and support."
As the allegations mounted against the Kidulthood star, he released a second statement to say he is "deeply sorry".
