No threat found at Berthoud High School after Friday morning evacuation

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office did not find anything suspicious inside Berthoud High School after a threat was reported at the school.

High School students were evacuated while deputies investigated the Friday morning threat at the school.

Students have been moved to Ivy Stockwell Elementary or sent home, Jered Kramer, a sheriff’s ffice spokesperson, said.

“As a precaution we have evacuated it,” Kramer said.

Parents can pick up their children at Ivy Stockwell, 175 S. 5th St., Berthoud.
