AKRON, Ohio – Prom can be a serious financial investment and much of that is a result of high dress costs. However, Northeast Ohio girls attending Saturday’s Princess Night Project will be able to choose new or gently-used prom dresses and accessories for free.
Reporter Hannah Drown will broadcast live video from the event on cleveland.com’s Facebook page around 10 a.m. so you can tune in.
In its 19th year, the event is organized by volunteer group Altrusa International. This year’s event takes place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Family of Faith United Methodist Church in Akron.
