Assisted living and memory care community begins construction in Sparks

SPARKS, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — A new assisted living and memory care community is set to begin construction in August in Sparks.

Senior living community company, Integral Senior Living will manage the new Kiley Ranch, Master Planned Community.

Investcor Development, a privately owned real estate development company, is developing the community in partnership with the Bow River Capital Real Estate Fund II and SMC Construction.

The new assisted living community will total 74,000 square feet and feature 90 units with 66 one-and two-bedroom assisted living rooms and 24 memory care rooms.

“This milestone event marks the exciting start of construction on a new assisted living and memory care community in Sparks, Nevada,” said Justin Hobson, partner at Investcor Development. “Our dedicated team has designed a community that will provide residents with comfortable, stylish accommodations and spacious, inviting amenities both indoors and out.”

In a statement, Integral Senior Living said that the community will include amenities for residents such as restaurant-style dining, multiple courtyards, a fitness center, a putting green, a game room, a salon, a media room, scheduled local transportation, weekly housekeeping and a fully staffed kitchen providing three meals a day.

The community is scheduled to open in early 2022.
