A 19-year-old man was killed after he was allegedly speeding, struck another crash and then crashed into a rock wall and light pole in East El Paso, officials said.

Esteban Herrera was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe before noon Thursday at a high rate of speed in the 11500 block of Gateway Boulevard West near Pendale Road when he cut into another lane, El Paso Police Department officials said.
