Aldi’s special buys sale is on today, and it’s aimed at improving your fitness.

You could pick up a rowing machine at your nearest Aldi for just $199, which is insane considering they retail at Rebel Sport for upwards of $895.

It’s got a 120kg capacity and features high density foam handles, and a LCD display for number of strokes, strokes per minute, calories burned and distance.

It’s foldable for easy storage too.
