24 Hour Fitness opens first Chicago area club in Carol Stream

CAROL STREAM - 24 Hour Fitness will open its first Chicago area location in Carol Stream, with a grand opening event scheduled for 9 a.m.-1 p.m. March 7 at 560 S. Schmale Road.

The free celebration includes club tours, prize drawings, group training demonstrations and innovative GX24 studio classes.

24 Hour Fitness is known for its dynamic group fitness classes, team of trained professionals, high-quality amenities, personalized approach to health and fitness and commitment to improving members lives inside and outside of the club.

The fitness club plans to open five Chicago area clubs in 2020 with more in 2021. As big-box retailers begin to close, 24 Hour Fitness continues to move the needle with energizing new programs and tailored fitness plans while providing new locations closer to where its members live and work.
