They advertise regularly, but never can provide service in my area. I Will never buy another Jacuzzi product again. I called several times and they refuse to tell me how to get it serviced, so I am stuck with a broken Jacuzzi.

I purchased my J-335 and initially had issues with it. But I found these issues were caused by lack of experience. The J-335 would get brown stuff and I believe it was caused by 2 things. 1. I forgot to include the starter in initial installation. 2. I found that I was using too much and too often the frequencies. I did initially have another problem where SmartTub app could not connect to the J-335. Resolved with extension for cellular service because of my location. I been through 2 water cycles since then and about to go on my 3rd according to the app. I would say that the condition and quality of the water and not sure it is even necessary.

This is my first Jacuzzi or HotTub. And I used the J-335 almost every day. One thing that may explained the quality of the water, is that I am on well water next to lake. Another interesting things is that I hardly now half to clean the J-335. If I would have to say my biggest problem is: Is is the fact that takes all day to refill my J-335 because I need to do only 10 minutes ever hour so it does not wear out well water pump. That is not J-335 issue but the I would do especially in belief that well lake water is so much better than city water.

The J-355 tub was delivered in Sept 2021, a COVID tub! I had to replace the air values (3) replaced, the spinner jets (2) and I have 2 more that need to be replaced, the side panels had to be replaced as they bleached out in less than 9 months when it arrived. I had Styrofoam in the airlines that had to be blown out, Pump failed at 2 years, and MAJOR temp gauge failure water got to 120 and the tub showed 102, there are supposed to be 3 safety systems to prevent that from happening and they all failed. It melted my headrests! There was a recall that I was never notified about. In two years my tub has been unusable for over 90 days. When it is working it is wonderful, but the quality isn't the Jacuzzi of the past.

After 60 days, the colored lights on the jacuzzi spa started coming off and the spa started leaking. It was determined to be a warranty issue after 30 days. The lights were poorly fixed but still leaks.

Unfortunately, Jacuzzi.com is a scam of a company. They sent me a 3k jacuzzi that was defective and cracked within two weeks of purchase. They offered no solution whatsoever to the problem. When I called customer service to discuss the issue, the representative, who was apparent as the supervisor named Miguel, said "I don't care about you." They left me no choice but to go through my credit card company to request a chargeback. Please save yourself the money and headache and look elsewhere for a Jacuzzi.

We would never buy another product from Jacuzzi again. It has been a horrible experience. So many things. Do not buy one unless you can fix it yourself. Water got under the main panel so they replaced it. No longer under warranty. Had the spa less than a year. Had two pipes leak after a year and half. Waited 4 months for them to come and fix it. Technician finally came and didn't check to make sure it was done right. Next day we had a fountain of water coming out of one pipe. We are still waiting for them to come and fix it. It's been 4 months. Absolutely absurd. Have not heard a word from Jacuzzi. We would never recommend Jacuzzi.

I purchased a hot tub two years ago and it stopped functioning in April this year. Initially the dealer refused to honor Jacuzzi 5-year warranty for the components. After I contacted Jacuzzi directly the dealer sent a technician and told me that the needed parts were back ordered. I tried to locate the parts myself by calling Jacuzzi and they told me that Jacuzzi does not provide any technical support and that they do not have parts diagram. For about two months I have a small, cold, useless swimming pool.

Purchased the Jacuzzi Swimspa. Got delivered last year on Jun 30, 2021. A couple of months after, the Panels on the Swimspa started bubbling. Called for service & was promised they will replace the Panels. 4 months after no updates. Called back - they said they lost the service order. Asked to speak to their Service manager; the Rep on the phone refuse to give out the manager's name & contact information.

Only agree to open a new case. Called back in April 2022, again cannot find the Service Request at first, then finally said they have the Request, but the parts are not in yet until today almost 12 months still no action was taken. Keep telling us no ETA.

They are great at taking your $ but don't even want to talk to you once the sale is final. They say they are in retail and don't have time to talk to me. Can get anyone to provide any service or answer any questions. Do not have any in-house service techs. Use an outside company to provide cleaning service, but they do not do explain that they don't replace the UV blub, clear ray filter, or chemicals which is all part of the system start up which is what I told them I wanted. I have not used the spa in a year and told them that. They cleaned it and filled it up with water for $220 and left. When the gal arrived to clean it, I gold her the uv light need to be changed. She said she would check and if it needed it would take care of it. She did not replace it and the spa is now say it needs it. The spa needs to be drained in order to replace it and clean the tube. I'm back to square one.

We recently purchased a newer home and inherited an essentially brand new (under a year) Jacuzzi hot tub with it. When we noticed some of the LED lights starting to malfunction, I put in a call to Jacuzzi. We were shocked to find that even with this tub being relatively new, the warranty was no longer valid. I have placed several calls into Jacuzzi and I'm met with the same response: "Warranty void; it's our policy."

So despite many claims about quality, reputation, and market leadership, Jacuzzi seems bound and determined to not honour their warranties and/or stand by their amazing products. My latest call to Jacuzzi involved a convo with Ciana, a senior service manager. When pressed about why they wouldn't stand behind their products, she became quite rude and dismissive. When I requested to escalate the matter further, she cut off the call and said there would be no further escalation. "It's policy". Read over the latest reviews and you'll see a common thread: Product sucks. Warranty sucks. Customer service sucks. Jacuzzi in general sucks.
