Lad of FIVE and disabled mum in mobility scooter attacked by ‘mouldy’ muggers
One of the attackers had a distinctive smell that was 'damp'
A BOY of five was mugged of his disabled mother’s phone by a gang of five thugs.
They snatched the Huawei device from the lad’s hand and shoved his epileptic mother, who was on a mobility scooter.
The shaken mum, 45, said: “My son was screaming. He doesn’t want to play outside now. He’s worried he’ll be kidnapped.”
She added: "One of the blokes had a distinctive smell, damp and mouldy, and I can't get it out of my head.
"They gave me bruising when they pushed me onto two wheels, which doesn't help my artery problem.
"I'm seriously ill – I've also got epilepsy and suspected cancer."
