Grafton man faces additional charges after second victim comes forward in sexual assault case

Additional charges have been filed against a Grafton man, and now his roommate, as well, after another girl has alleged that she, too, was sexually assaulted at the men's apartment.

Jimmie Oliver was charged July 20 in the Ozaukee County Circuit Court with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree recklessly endangering safety possession and other drug related felonies after a 17-year-old girl reported to police that he assaulted her while threatening her with a knife.

He is facing additional charges after a second victim told police Oliver had abused her too. He was charged July 22 in the Ozaukee County Circuit Court with child sexual exploitation and child enticement, both felonies, and misdemeanor charges of intent to contribute to delinquency of a child and public fornication.

Oliver's roommate Christopher Tice, 59, is now also facing several charges, including child sexual exploitation and two counts of maintaining drug trafficking place, all felonies, and three misdemeanor counts of intent to contribute to delinquency of a child.

The charges came after police executed a search warrant on the home and Tice said he had no knowledge of any of Oliver's activities taking place at his apartment, according to the criminal complaint.

According to the criminal complaint:

On July 20, a detective from the Mequon Police Department met with a 17-year-old girl, who came forward after the initial victim reported the abuse to the police. The second girl said Tice would pay Oliver to watch the victim perform sex acts on Oliver. She said Oliver also sold cocaine to Tice as well.

The second girl said that one day when she didn't have enough money to buy $50 worth of cocaine, Oliver said she could perform a sex act in exchange for drugs; she stated that between May 11 and 31 that happened about eight to 10 times.

The girl also said Tice bought her cocaine in exchange for allowing him to lick her armpits.

After Tice's arrest, he told police he smokes cocaine every other night and purchases about $40 to $100 worth of drugs a week from Oliver. Tice also admitted to knowing that the girls at the house were using cocaine and purchasing it from Oliver. He admitted to knowing Oliver was selling drugs, and that he was smoking cocaine in the living room with the girls, the complaint said.

Oliver is being held in Ozaukee County Jail on $50,000 cash bond. Tice is free on $50,000 cash bond. Both are scheduled to be in court for a status conference on Aug. 8.

Based on their investigation, Grafton police believe there may be additional victims. They are asked to call Detective Dustin Cline at 262-375-5320 ext. 819 or Detective Justin Gehm at 262-375-5320 ext. 815.
