Kansas City police said a juvenile was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon at a park on the city's south side.The shooting was reported about 2:30 p.m. at Sycamore Park near East 109th Street and Sycamore Avenue. Police said there were families with children in the park who witnessed the shooting. The victim in this case has been identified as 15-year-old Terrell Bell.
