The parent filmed the teacher calling him a "n-----" and accusing him of living in section 8 housing and being on welfare after the two were involved in a fender bender in the school parking lot last week. The parent posted the video to social media which led to the teacher's suspension.

According to the Delaware County Daily Times, McGarry said has to present his plan for disciplinary action to the school board before the teacher can be fired.

"There is a legal process we must follow, and the teacher does have due process rights," McGarry said according to the outlet. "My recommendation to the board is for termination."

"They are doing everything in their power to make sure people like this teacher become non-existent in any school," the parent said on Facebook. "After meeting with the superintendent of Upper Darby school district and his staff, I'm here to say they absolutely care about their community."

The video is posted below, but it does contain harsh language.
