Memphis ranked among worst cities for active lifestyle
MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - With “lose weight and exercise more” topping the list of New Year’s resolutions, and as many as 92 percent of people failing at keeping their resolutions each year, the personal-finance website WalletHub has released its report on 2019’s Best & Worst Cities for an Active Lifestyle as well as accompanying videos.
To determine where Americans have the best chance of balancing a healthy diet with ample physical activity, WalletHub compared the 100 biggest U.S. cities in 38 key metrics. The categories range from average monthly fitness-club fee to bike score to share of physically inactive adults.
